The early works civil package for Tewantin consisted of bulk earthworks, bored piers with earth retention anchors and shotcrete to retain the perimeter of the excavation. A reinforced concrete capping beam was poured on top of the bored piers to lock in the retention system. Sewer & stormwater works within and external to the site were performed.
The project required detailed planning and programming to ensure the coordination of all works. Silt management was managed to comply with Noosa Shire Council’s requirements.
The project was completed on time and within the client’s budgetary constraints. |
