These works included:
- Tree Clearing;
- Cut to fill and importation of fill earthworks;
- Stormwater works;
- Pavement works; and
- Fencing
The industrial estate is currently a very sensitive political area. All works had to be performed with minimum disruption to the surrounding properties and in certain areas under supervision of Queensland Department of Environment (DERM). Environmental protection works were paramount on this project and completed to the satisfaction of the client and DERM.
