  • Removal of the existing trees and vegetation and the stripping of topsoil over the 15,000m2 site.

  • Bulk filling of 2100m3 including filling to the 3750m2 building pad which was carried out under level 1 supervision.
  • Removal from site of 3500m3 of unsuitable fibrous materials.
  • Trimming and proof rolling of 5500m2 of roads and car park subgrade

Shamrock also carried out the road widening on Coxen Road which required cutting and filling on the existing batters, the relocation of the existing signage and gates, and jute matting to the Coxen Rd Batters.

Due to the close proximity of the Coxen Rd work areas to overhead Energex powerlines and the requirement to keep Coxen Rd operational at all times Shamrock utilised our extensive range of experienced and qualified personnel including Energex accredited operators, spotters and traffic controllers and specialist plant including long reach excavators to ensure these works were carried out safely without incident or disruption to traffic.
