Shamrock Civil was contracted to carry out the earthworks, pavements and stormwater works at the Lot 2 Project at 100 Potassium Street Narangba for "That Builder".
The earthworks consisted of the stripping of the site, removal and reinstatement of unsuitable material, the cut to fill and importation of suitable fill. Shamrock also carried out the trimming of the building pad and extensive filling on the batters to allow for the construction of the new car park.
Shamrock also undertook the construction of the pavements and kerbs for the new car park and access road. The contract also included the reshaping of the existing detention basin and the construction of a new bio retention basin, headwalls and spillway.
The works were completed on time to the satisfaction of the head contractor.
