Our contract included demolition of in ground structures, bulk excavation, underpinning, detailed excavation and backfilling.
Due to the confined nature of the site and limited access, the works were carefully programmed to cause minimal disruption to church services and access to Charlotte Street.
Approximately 6,000m3 of rock was excavated and removed from site, excavations were staged so as to allow the shoring system and underpinning works to progress in accordance with program.
