Shamrock Civil were awarded the civil component of the Coles Relocation at the busy Garden City Shopping Centre by John Hollands.
This project was staged so as to minimize disruption to trading.
Stage 1 included demolition of existing carpark, bulk excavation and detailed excavation including cutting down approximately 300 piles.
Stage 2 included stormwater and approximately 15,000m2 of pavements.
Works were completed in accordance with John Hollands various critical handover dates.
