Shamrock Civil Engineering was appointed by Construction Engineering to do the following at the Coomera Tavern site:
- Cut and fill over a site of approximately 16,000m2;
- Drain and construct a new retention basin;
- Construct 2 pads for the Tavern, Restaurant and Bottle Shop;
- Construct a car park for 400 cars; and
- Rebuild a new road, kerb and culvert.
All works were completed on time and to a high quality which met Construction Engineering's standards.
